How it Works
Your personal Zoom Link will be sent to you prior to the Conference. It cannot be shared. Access to the conference is via a Zoom account, or via a browser or the Zoom client, from any desktop, laptop, mobile device, or Zoom Room.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation requests received by October 10, 2025: refunded in full, less 10% administrative fee.
- After October 10, 2025 and before October 17, 2025: refund 60%.
- No refunds will be made after October 17, 2025.
